So it has already been a while but I added some nice small lesson.

Picture
Then you might think, what does Perseus PRS has to do with it? Well, that’s about time. I thought it was 29, sorry I have to make some calculation here but it turned out much higher and that is about altitude. Thankyou Perseus! So, let’s move on to the alphabet from last time. Again, words are written and read from left to right and you say exactly what you write. No silent letters + no combi letters that make a sound.
Picture
First practise: So how do you write your name?
ⴰⵏⴻⴳⵔⴰⵡ ⵏ ⵡⵓⵟⵟⵓⵏⴻⵏ ⵙ ⵜⵎⴰⵣⵉⵖⵜ =

GEORGIOUS COINS

10/2/2021

When it comes to the world of cryptocoins, there seems to be a huge offer and a jungle of everyone that is starting their own coins. Everyone wants to find a hidden gem that eventually will grow into a fortune. But which ones are the best? And what are their purpose? To find out, we need to do a little bit of research.
Picture
Ofcourse, we have Perseus with it’s own PRS coin, The coin for real estate and a new token (business & bank in1) in which you can rent-buy your home. I’m so exited about the developments! Buy this baby coin here to raise up for the ICO (coin offering on the trading market). Okay, so let’s start with the rest… :)
Aave: It’s a liquidity pool, that means it can be seen as a bank where you can get loans. They currently hold $24 billion. But it also has it’s own coin. So definately a recommend to buy this one.
Swissborg: First of all. This one is not to use in the USA, remarkable! Trading for around $1,50 per coin. A Switzerland-based project to revolutionize private banking. Democratic decentralized ecoproject.
Celsius: Hold $14 million dollars. It is a wallet trading platform. Here you can earn and loan cryptocurrency. You have to add $4000,- to get a loan. But you can already start with $200. But you can also add friends and transfer and receive amounts.
Picture
Dogecoin: Was literally started as a joke because there are so many altcoins by an Adobe designer, Jackson Palmer. The founders like it and just enjoy designing this process and that makes it more accessible and less intimidating for everyone. In just 2 weeks it got popular. It is famous by celebrities like Lindsey Lohan and Trump for example. But as well Elon Musk is all about it. One Doge is about $1. It’s the currency of internet attention, famous on TikTok etc.
EWT (Energy web token): Crypto for the energy sector and focus on renewable energy markets like solar energy. And also for electrical vehicles. It offers energy entreprises like Shell to use this token. It holds $100 million from Switzerland for global use. It is implemented already by dozens companies.
ETH BNT (Bancor Ethereum): Holds $153 million. Mostly for investors. Liquidity is provided and gain rewards in transaction fees. So when you want to trade coffee for bananas you can use Ethereum Ios with the wallet on the Bancor platform.
FTM (Fantom): An opensource platform for dapps (decentralized apps) that holds around $40 million. It is a network to make smart contracts for developers. What is a smart contract? A digital contract directly transferred into a code. Really recommendable to buy some FTM to continue provide this platform.
Picture
FNT (Falcon): Holds $24 million. Nice website with a cyberpunk design, makes you feel you are part of something different. Users choose what they need at that moment, like privacy and it has free exchange. They have also a great team. It runs on 2 blockchains at the same time. It rewards on a passive income if you swap the coins from 1 to the other. They are doing more than just a token, for example exchange for goods and services and are ethereum based.
FOAM: 1 Foam is €0,05 at the moment. They develop an alternative for GPS and with holding tokens you also gain the right to offer location services. However they have competitors like Google Maps and they also didn’t develop dapps yet. So it is early stage.
GLM (Golem Network Token): The first truly decentralized supercomputer creating a global market for computer power. So you can publish software on it for example, but ethereum and ipfs still need to be improved for it’s truly flourishing. 1 GLM is €0,05.
GAME credits: They hold €138 million at the moment, and they were one of the first coins together with Bitcoin. They deliver blockchain and game items, with nfts and a system and share in succes with their favorite games. With game credits each game becomes a blockchain and so on. It is secured by Ethereum and powered by Polygon. It empowers players to deliver what they want.
Selfkey: Blockchain for innovation to digital identity management. It holds around $22 million.
Kyber Network Crystal: Bridge between tokens and apps.
KCS (Kucoin Shares): One of the biggest exchange platforms. It has a big lending platform as well.
LEDU: Is an education token. One ledu is now €0,009, think of online studies with companies like udemy and so on. With this you can purchase education, lend and also being rewarded for learning.
MAHA: A valuecoin instead of cryptocoin that fights inflation.
Monerium: EUR, GBP, USD, ISU

Tifinagh lesson #1

Picture
Above you see the alphabet: ⵜⴰⵣⵡⵓⵔⵜ ⴷ ⵉⴳⵎⵎⴰⵢⵏ (Tazwurt d igmmayn). Tamazight, also called Taslehit or Schla, ⵜⴰⵛⵍⵃⵉⵜ , is the native language spoken by the indigenous people in North Africa. This language is very old and in areas it can differ.
Picture
We know ofcourse you want to speak Tifinagh fast, but in reality, people don’t speak fast but they just connect all the words together and add some new sounds and this is why they sound the way they sound. So in this way you can understand native speakers.
The alphabet consists of 35 letters. 2 are greek. And there is also a silent letter. Words are written and read from left to right and what you say is exactly what you write, because it is a phonetic language. We don’t have any silent letters and don’t have a combination of letters that make a sound.
Today I’m going to teach you some expressions and some vocabulary. This is how to greet people, how to start a conversation and how to say hi and goodbye to someone.
The first time when you meet someone you just say:
Azul, manik antgit? (hi, how are you?) Labass dark? (are you fine?) Bikhir? (good) Kulshi muzien? (Everything is good?) Hamdulilah (Thanks god). Wla ait tgmmi labass darsn? (And also your family, are they fine?)
Usually we ask multiple sentences as a sense of respect.
Azul: Hey - ⴰⵣⵓⵍ
Manik antgit / Amek telliḍ: How are you? - ⴰⵎⴽ ⵜⵍⵍⵉⴹ?
Igerrez, tanemmirt: Fine, thankyou - ⵉⴳⵔⵔⵣ, ⵜⴰⵏⵎⵎⵉⵔⵜ

Lsem-nnek: What is your name? - ⵉⵙⵎ-ⵏⵏⴽ?
Lsem-inu: My name is.. - ⵉⵙⵎ-ⵉⵏⵓ
Tamussni n lxir: Nice to meet you - ⵜⴰⵎⵓⵙⵙⵏⵉ ⵏ ⵍⵅⵉⵔ
Ttxil-k: Please - ⵜⵜⵅⵉⵍⴽ
Tannemirt: Thankyou - ⵜⴰⵏⵎⵎⵉⵔⵜ
Ulac aɣilif: You’re welcome - ⵓⵍⴰⵛ ⴰⵖⵉⵍⵉⴼ
Iyeh: Yes - ⵉⵀ
Oho: No - ⵓⵀⵓ
So, this was the first lesson. I hope you like it. Insha'allah, till next time :)

Cost of living in morocco

9/3/2021

Picture

Caculating costs of living in Morocco aren't the easiest thing to do. When you look for information online you usually find information about living in big cities like Rabat, Casablanca, Agadir,  Marrakech and so on. But if you prefer a hot, tropical sunny area, it is mostly about the places outside of cities as in villages.  Most of us new, inexperienced immigrants seek for local areas where there are not so many tourists. And we think that tiny houses and pretty places require a lot of preparation that can be expensive. Well, guess what! We're wrong! There are  beautiful apartments available that are easier, better and have lower prices. Here are a few interesting, popular choices for you to make.
Rent
So the average rent will suprise you and is only around 2500DH for a 2 bedroom apartment and with little basic furniture. Thus there are local shops, bakeries and regular restaurants also for delivery. You will enjoy accessible places: The beach, mountains, transport to the city. Think of Chefchaouen or Ourika Valley.

Utilities
Super easy are utilities that are often out of the rent like water, electricity. Discuss this with your landlord or make a contract with Lydec or Onep. There are often no bills for the garbage, maybe once in 4 months 20dh that often depends on the landlords. You buy your own separate gasbottle, 1 for cooking and the other one for shower. They cost around 120dh. Want to get a safer option? Then buy an electric boiler for the shower which cost around 2000dh. Also you can buy your own wifi with for example Maroc Telecom box (find this at the local phone store for 800dh), which you upgrade with credit that you can buy at the store for around 100dh per week (so 400dh per month in total).
Groceries
You can have both so why choose! Groceries you can often buy that in the souk (local market), hanut is the small shop often near your house where you can buy necessaries like bread, cheese, toiletpaper, shower creams. Pasta, lentils and so on are around 5dh for a kilo. Meat is around 30dh for a kilo. Real cheese is often expensive are also around 50dh because it is expensive. Water from the brand Atlas is around 15dh for 5Liter, because it is not really possible to drink local water. Average can be around 3000dh a month.
Transport
Small taxis are around 20dh. A local bus is around 5 dh. In between cities you pay 80-100dh by bus, the best busses are CTM busses. But you have many options for different busses. If you want to rent a car it is approximately 250dh per day. Gas price is around 10dh per liter. It is not always available or easy but people are really friendly and some can suggestions.
Sport
Gyms are often available and memberships are popular and they are costing around 200dh.
Healthcare
Doctors and dentists are really affordable, for 200 or 300dh per consult.
Schools
Primary schools are around 500dh per child, high schools 1000dh per child, per month.

So the average costs per month can be around 9000dh all included . Want to know more? Contact me on email: [email protected]

How to sell land

8/29/2021

Picture
If you really want to sell your land you think it can be as easy as just putting a sign up and ask for a real estate agent. Ofcourse, while putting up a sign is definately part of the marketing, there are some other things you can do. In this way you can maximize the value of your land.
Make your land look attractive.
You think this was only for residentials right? No, not true. You can make your land more appealing by growing flowers and agriculture as well. Do you also have broken fences or overgrown bush? If you clean up your property that will help a buyer visualize its potential. If there is also a (building site for a) tiny home that will help to see what the land can offer!
Picture
Let’s make beautiful photos
If you can, work with a professional photographer. As a student realtor I’ve seen enough blurry phone pictures that are not going to stand out between the advertisements of other properties. Yes, you can save on listing expenses by taking photos yourself. But if you want to get the most profit out of your land, photos need to tell the story you can lose buyers before they have even visited your site. Make sure you use both ground and aerial pictures so that buyers can truly see the potential of the lot.
Do you know the details of your land?
So for example, does your land has water rights, special taxes, does it have olive trees? Are they worth something as well? If you know the answer to those kind of questions you can ensure what your land is worth. Also look if it is suitable for niches like horseriding etc so you know who to sell it to.

Take your time
You want to make a good sale. So take your time between research, preparing your land for the sale and finding your buyer. With a good understanding of how buyers are shopping for their land and the best marketing you can have a good profitable sale.
Hopefully these tips are helpful to sell your land! If you have any questions or you’re interested in buying this land with farm of 600m2 for €40.000 in Adari, Morocco, then don’t hesitate to contact me via [email protected]
